The Ogden 6 Theater in Naperville, Illinois was built in 1976 and since then has been a favorite spot for locals because it offers $3 admission prices for movies and free refills on popcorn and soft drinks.  However, until January of this year when Tivoli Enterprises, the parent company, began a $100,000 retrofit, very little had changed in the old movie theater since its construction.

Several months ago, we pointed out a project that green home remodeling expert Matt Risinger highlighted on his blog. The owners of a 1940's original home, as part of their high performance green remodel, wanted to address the unwanted noise between kids' bathrooms, the master bedroom, and laundry rooms.
